Working with U.S Client, involve in research and analysis the various web sites. Capture the client required information and train the website in the BBOT trainer tool using optimization techniques. Necessary fields in the tool have to be updated and debug the activity and get the correct extraction using Bloomberg Terminal. After extraction, some of the advanced techniques can be added and debug the activity to get the extraction and run once can be done. Technologies used are Windows XP, HTML, JavaScript and Open Office. Responsibilities:• Maintaining the reports such as Productivity tracker, Problem Count Tracker, Referral tracker.• Periodically preparing the Powerpoint presentation for the Concall.• Interacting with clients on the Daily and Weekly basis through Mails and Video Calls.• Admin related works includes maintaining Attendance report and Attrition report.• Conduct the team huddles on a weekly basis, sharing the updates on the project.
