Production in March 2022 starting from 10.5 Cr Production per month• Improved 1st yield pass of gearbox to 92% starting from 85% by reducing root causes deriving from Pareto Diagram • Introducing shim to final assembly fitting to reduce process time which Improve 20% Production in GHE gearbox.• Manage and control functions of Planning, Production, Tool Room with 17 Managers and Incharges.

• Looked after the Production, Procurement, Costing and overall Plant Operation of Pu Sandel for the cluster of 4 units• Turned around the loss-making cluster to profit by improving Resources, Productivity, controlling Wastage and Process Losses. Achieved yearly Profit target of INR 50 Cr. from the cluster units.• Increased shift Production volumes from 3000 pairs/shift to 4500 pairs /shift within six months by introduce 20 Nos new station on the PU poring line.• Increase Production capacity from 85,000 per month to 2,00,000 pairs /month by introducing new upper supply unit near to unit.
