Currently Associated with Construction of the New Integrated Terminal Building (T3 & T2) & Other allied structure MEP Project work at Adani Airport Holding Ltd. Lucknow.

Planning, execution of project/expansion work in plant.To manage and control the day by day operation of the engineering activities.Planning requirement of spares (Indent, follow up and procurement) and its effective use.Planning and driving the various process improvement projects.Coordinating with Architect, Consultant and Vender/Supplier for any modification or changes. Ensuring effective site management and discipline to ensure safe execution of the projects. Responsible for completion of project as given Bar Chart.Prepare daily project report (DPR).Review the qualification documents, conceptual drawings, layout drawings. To maintain the facility and the system to the GMP standards, FSSAI guide lines and to apply GEP.To provide on job training to engineering team as per training schedule w.r.t concerned SOP.Ensure timely calibration, validation in plant through outside agencies.Ensure validation of HVAC system on time and evaluated through outside agencies.To execute measures for saving and cost reduction in favor of company.Responsible for continues improvement in engineering department.Responsible to give emphasize on environment and safety of the organization.Coordinating with other departments for smooth functioning of factory works.

To ensure qualification of commissioning of all equipments/systems as per GMP requirements.Planning, execution of project/expansion work in plant.To ensure appropriate documentation for all the equipments being installed during project.Preparation of (Bill of Quantity, Technical bid analysis) related to repairing, maintenance and project work of Utilities. .Monitor utility machine performance on routine basis to minimize the breakdown and to improve the operations.To check and ensure log books and other records maintained in electrical section.To assist other engineering sections from time to time as per requirements.Preparation of SOP’s, URS, DQ, IQ, OQ protocols and reports of equipments and systems as per requirements.To ensure smooth operation of all electrical systems safe operation and maintenance.Track the work order for breakdown and maintenance work to complete the activity in timely manner.Prepare the documents of utility systems (URS, Functional/Design specifications, Impact assessment, Critical component level assessment, Risk assessment, Periodic review of qualified equipment's, P&ID drawings).Initiate the Document change request (DCR) and Change Control Request (CCR) for the routine operations and Project work.Review the operations Log book of Equipment’s in routine. To keep the critical spares for the machine & equipment's in stock.Safety compliance in routine operations.Prepare and Implement the Procedures for Utility Equipment’s Impart training to Engineers, Technicians and Operators on routine Procedures.

o Plan, Coordinate and supervise the routine/weekly activities with team of Engineers, technicians and operators for Machines/ Equipment’s (Breakdowns, planned maintenance, project work).o Preparation of (Bill of Quantity, Technical bid analysis) related to repairing, maintenance and project work of Utilities. o Check the design parameters of utility system to analyze the system performance and develop the system for energy efficiency (Steam condensate recovery, Utilize of Rejected R.O water in Cooling towers). o Coordinate with the internal department for the maintenance and repairing activities of plant steam, chilled water, hot water system and other utilities.o Monitor utility machine performance on routine basis to minimize the breakdown and to improve the operations.o Track the work order for breakdown and maintenance work to complete the activity in timely manner.o Prepare the documents of utility systems (URS, Functional/Design specifications, Impact assessment, Critical component level assessment, Risk assessment, Periodic review of qualified equipment's, P&ID drawings).o Initiate the Document change request (DCR) and Change Control Request (CCR) for the routine operations and Project work.o Review the operations Log book of Equipment’s in routine. o Preform the utilities commissioning study, engineering study and qualification activities (installation, operational and performance qualification) of newly installed and modified utility equipment’s (compressed air system (air compressors (reciprocating type), air dryers (heatless type)), nitrogen system (liquid nitrogen system, nitrogen cylinder system, nitrogen generation system)). o To keep the critical spares for the machine & equipment's in stock.o Safety compliance in routine operations.o Prepare and Implement the Procedures for Utility Equipment’s o Impart training to Engineers, Technicians and Operators on routine Procedures
