Relocated by the bank to NY and building significant new client-facing products in the Liquidity space

I ideated and built multiple new platforms for Deutsche Bank. I was based in Singapore and last managed a team of 125 staff across Singapore, India, USA, UK and Brazil. I personally conceptualized significant client-facing products end to end, and defined their requirements, functional and technical architecture. I built teams of product managers, program managers and engineers from scratch to deliver these products into production and support their growth. I have hired and mentored high performers and pushed them to achieve the best of their capabilities. I was the single accountable owner in the projects that I led, owning the downside and learning from failures and reaping the upside of success.Winner of multiple global innovation awards within the bank.
