It offers its B2B clients different websites to generate leads via different websites that offer insurance to people.• Developed and maintained Test Automation scripts – Initiated the development of automation test scripts using Katalon, BDD, Java, and Groovy programming languages. These automation test scripts were used for testing the growing number of websites that were developed and cutting the time to test each of them significantly by 80%.• Created API-based testing framework – Created API-based testing framework by creating different JSON schema data to be executed using Postman. This has helped testers validate the API’s sending and receiving of data are correct on the backend and lessen the testing effort as opposed to testing via the UI.

• Assisted the development of a test automation framework – With my background in software development, I was tasked to help Quality Engineers create a test automation framework using Selenium and Java programming language. Created different test scenarios that were used as a guide for creating automation scripts as well as assisted in coding some parts of the framework.• Led the QA for a project website – Led the testing effort for a client project website https://diamondresortsandhotels.com. Was tasked to lead a team of three software testers for the testing effort of the website’s registration system and payment system. This has been delivered to production in a timely manner. The client commended the team for its effort in doing our job well.• Create test plans and test cases – Develop thorough test plans and test cases that will be used for functional, regression, and beta testing efforts. These test plans and test cases were created and saved using the HP Quality Center.• Report and logged defects – Reported and logged defects found during a testing phase. These were logged detailing the test environment, test data, steps to reproduce, screenshots or any recorded videos of the steps, and the severity of the defect. Documenting the reported defects in detail helps the developer identify the fix faster and helps the business in decision-making.
