Sharada Academy⭐ Online “Spoken English” course for: (a) Rural Govt school Teachers (b) Under-privileged College students⭐ MargaDarshak (Mentorship) program for the above mentioned⭐ Hybrid mode of teaching Spoken English, Financial Literacy, Soft skills etc., through the Sulabh App C. Other Objectives:⭐ To provide scholarship and/or financial assistance to meritorious students and teachers ⭐ To support and render financial assistance to *smaller NGOs, to help them carry out all or any of the objectives of the Trust⭐ To empower rural women by providing them skill-based training, that will ensure sustainable livelihood

As the Country Head and Evangelist, Arvind was responsible for the implementation and overall management of the “Design of Life” program, a STEAM (STEM + Art Form) initiative to teach Math and Science. The project was delivered using eLearning technology, that covered 3 villages, 3 Community centers and 6 Schools impacting more than 3,000 lives in less than a year.He was a proud recipient of the "Most Valuable Player" award, received from Padmashri Shankar Mahadevan in August 2019 for his contribution towards the social impact projects - Design of Life and Inspire India Project.

After a successful career in the corporate world for 25+ years, Arvind founded VydikShala.com – an EdTech start-up that focused on teaching Indian languages including Sanskrit, using live and interactive mode of learning. The flagship offering - Spoken Sanskrit online course met with stupendous success, with students enrolling from across the globe. Later the eLearning offering was acquired by N.R.Group (Cycle Pure brand), which was marketed under a new brand name - Jnana.com. He was part of this venture, for a year, as part of the transition process. Within a short span of 8 months, Jnana.com attracted global students, who enrolled for Live Virtual Classroom based courses related to Indian languages and Vedic Maths.Bangalore Mirror carried a full page article on VYDIK.com in it's edition dated 12th June 2016.
