Sharada Educational Trust, founded in April 2022 as a Public Charitable Trust based in Bengaluru, is committed to its mission of "Empowering Lives Through Education". The Trust strives to bridge educational gaps in underserved rural communities by offering high-quality learning opportunities through a blend of skill development, mentorship, and technology-driven solutions. At its core, the organization aims to be a "Knowledge Partner"—transforming lives by enabling access to quality education for all. As the Trust marks its 3rd anniversary in April 2025, its programs have directly impacted nearly 4,000 individuals across 17 districts in Karnataka, 2 in Maharashtra, and 1 in Telangana. One of its key initiatives, the Sulabh App, launched in June 2024, has been embraced by 70 rural Government Schools across 20 districts in the three states. The app offers courses in Spoken English, Financial Literacy, and Values & Character Education, and currently supports over 130 teachers and 150 students as active users. Sharada Educational Trust remains steadfast in its commitment to improving the quality of education in rural India, with a strong focus on empowering Government School Teachers and Students through impactful, targeted programs.
