CodeForYouth was founded by Aryan Jadhav in 2022 to provide kids in India the programming skills they need to become successful in our digitized society. Most kids in India lack the resources to learn about programming languages such as Java, Python, C++ and more. CodeForYouth is here to give these children in India the opportunity they need to help change the world. This year, Code For Youth has helped over 200 kids in India in learning programming concepts. • In 2022, the Java workshop consisted of multiple lessons spanning throughout the week. Through this workshop, students were able to learn concepts such as Primitive Types, Object Oriented Programming, Conditionals, Iteration, Arrays/ArrayLists, and much more.- Sessions Conducted: 5, 1 and a half hour long sessions / Held virtually - Students helped - Over 250 students across the school helped • In July, we published Code For Youth's official website: www.code-for-youth.com• Partnered with SNR Academy located in Chintamani, India• Launched the Code For Youth youtube channel where workshop sessions can be viewed • In the future, we plan to host more 1-2 weeklong workshops going over the fundamentals of other programming languages such as Python and C++. Highly selective (~10% out of an applicant pool of 900+ students) externship program refined to provide experience in IoT, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and Router/Switch technology. In the Summer 2022 term, I engaged with numerous Cisco Executives on topics regarding building networks, Cisco's culture, and current technology in the industry.Developed a Cisco Transit APP Demo for the Capstone Project, which focused on increasing ridership/adoption of rail on mass transit and improving the safety of rail operations utilizing Cisco Technology such as Meraki MR56 Camera systems, LoRaWAN, and CyberVision. Through this app, users are able to track real-time train locations, plan their travel path, purchase tickets, and use the rewards system to obtain exclusive features.

Attended HexLab's Catalyst program under the Data Science/Artificial Intelligence Track in which I worked with concepts such as data integration, learning models, and information recognition. Engaged in many interactive workshops that consisted of tasks requiring critical thinking and creativity and connected with various industry professionals/GT College Students. Coded a Machine Learning model that imports data sets and utilizes a train test split/regression to estimate the performance of the model compared to machine results.

Worked with Sony's AIBO, a robotic dog equipped with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning technology, and conducted presentations on AIBO's features to customers.- Gained hands on experience with robotic technology implemented with artificial intelligence -Developed and worked on presentations demonstrating the features/capabilities of technology equipped with artificial intelligence.
