Reviewing compliance and review reports and ensuring timely submission to relevant stakeholders. Monitoring the implementation status of agreed action plans against the observations highlighted and ensuring timely closure of reports. Established a Central Surveillance Unit for stores and warehouses and successfully initiated Data Base audit of exceptional transactions such as Discounts, Vouchers, Refunds/Sales return, and Voids. Investigating frauds and preparing reports for HR, Legal and Operation department for further actions. Evaluate the internal controls required by the company as per the SOPs for the stores and warehouses across UAE & GCC.
