New Client Coordinator - Level Iii
Current- Coordinate over 1,500 new clients into LifeSpan Medicine from education and orientation to booking and follow-up.
- First point of contact for customer questions and assist with customer implementations.
- Obtain new client paperwork, including past medical records, in a timely fashion and efficiently and accurately filing into the system.
- Oversee projects for the new client department.
- Work collaboratively with various internal departments to coordinate all client care prior to their initial appointment.
- Cultivate relationships and provide excellent customer service to over 1,500 new and current clients.
