Responsible for the planning, implementation, management, and coordination of personnel and operations in support of four Theater Special Operations Commands. Structured future operations, synchronization, logistical readiness, and intelligence support of deployed special operations teams and elements based in the United States.

Supervised and coordinated the activities of the battalion’s five operating groups for worldwide missions. Orchestrated and managed the battalion’s manpower, logistics, and administration. Measured and maintained effectiveness and performance of all internal and external processes. Developed quarterly reports on the operating condition and performance of the battalion.

Led one of the battalion’s four Marine Special Operations Companies (MSOC-F) in combat and full spectrum special operations. Supervised managers in the planning and coordination of future plans, orchestrated current operations, and ensured the continuous operational readiness of the group. Supervised the management of the group’s human resources, budget, supplies, equipment and logistics.

Responsible for supervision, direction, deployment schedule, and logistics of intelligence analysts providing support to Joint Special Operations Task Force, Iraq, and other national intelligence requirements.
