Staff geologist working the Athabasca Oil Sands of Alberta, Canada. Mapped and correlated various oil sand and heavy oil bearing formations throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan utilizing extensive well log, core and seismic data. Performed due diligence for possible lease and trade acquisitions in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan, Canada. Participated in seasonal well planning and on-location well site geology. Performed extensive exploration for oil sand potential in northern Alberta, Canada. Primary programs utilized include Geographix and IHS Accumap.

Created reserve maps and calculated oil reserve volumes for the West Cote Blanche Bay and West Hackberry oil fields in Southern Louisiana, Gulf Coast area.

Evaluated log data utilizing PI Dwight's Plus, MJ Logsleuth 2 and Petra. Identified formation tops and created cross-sections of areas in the

Mapped and correlated turbidite systems in sinuous submarine channels found in south-central Wyoming. Aided in creating measured sections and cross sections for a working model of turbidite trends and characteristics. Paper was presented and published summer of 2003.
