CurrentThey hired me upon completion of my practicum & internship with them. I provide client-centric mental health counseling to diverse clients, who may present potential danger to themselves, family, and or others, in a trustworthy and supportive environment. Clients make a difference by themselves for their quality of life, well-being, and independence. • Facilitate clients learn about themselves to increase or build upon their strengths for aiding them to recovery by their own capacity to change for better health and independence, including family and or social inclusion • Listen, reflect, care, collaborate, and act in a transformative way for better client outcomes• Conduct intake interviews and triage. Carry out diagnosis & treatment plan to identify and address immediate behavioral risks. Coordinate and consult with supervisor, staff and agencies for referrals & holistic care to improve clients’ overall health & happiness• Leverage situation specific intervention techniques, like cognitive behavior, motivational interviewing and dialectical behavior therapies, trauma focused CBT, applied behavior analysis, role play, meditation, and or relaxation, to help detract an individual’s behavioral health like autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, crisis and or substance abuse for driving better treatment and patient outcomes• Comply with the legal, ethical & privacy norms, diversity & inclusion, SOP, HIPAA, and Ohio rules & regulations in record keeping and client interactions
