Current compliance experience and skills: • Maintained stakeholder relationships by responding to complex and high-risk queries to do with policy and legal matters.• Standardised signed off email templates to ensure accuracy in dates and tasks. Generated and issued supplier notifications to appropriate contacts.• Collected, analysed, and investigated qualitative and quantitative data to form conclusions and recommendations to the team.• Standard Operation Procedure management. Responsible for creating, reviewing, getting policy input and sign off. • Liaised with licensing team for regular updates for newly granted/revoked licenses; maintained a list of obligated licenses and removed revoked licenses. • Responsible for supplier contact database and internal portal functionality. Continuously complete UAT testing and provide feedback to product development team to ensure the functionality is fit for business requirements.• Reviewed supplier meter point submissions and supporting evidence; examined whether figures are within or outside of required tolerance.• Monitored Natwest Bankline for supplier levy payment and credit cover payments for accuracy and identified areas of risk of payment issues and escalated to management. Assessed letters of credit to make sure they met requirements and to identify areas of risk. Processed return of excess credit cover and made recommendations to management on final decision. • Chaired team meetings and encouraged topics of discussion. • Calculated supplier mutualisation payments according to market share and requested appropriate sign off. Generated mutualisation notices and emails to suppliers and carried out sample checks using peer review. • Created quarterly and annual supplier performance reports. Drafted new entries onto the default register and raised publication requests.
