Analysing business performance and providing advisory service to business directors through forecasting and financial modelling process

I was primarily responsible for monitoring liquidity and funding risks through a number of high profile MI reporting, including daily validation and sign off process for secured financing products prior to FSA Submission (currently PRA). I have streamlined this process by liaising with operation contacts and developed effective working relationship with operation contracts. In addition I was responsible for end to end process of FED 4G reporting, from data collation to final submission to FED post treasury approval. Any material variances required detailed investigation and relevant commentary after cross checking with external departments. Moreover I designed and developed a monthly reconciliation process between general ledger and liquidity reporting. I have also performed user acceptance testing post IT enhancement in liquidity hub. I have completed CIMA qualification and become fully qualified when I was in MS. All exams were passed at first attempt.

Working as a financial analyst, I am also studying CIMA (Charted Institute of Management Accountant). Reporting financial performance of relevant business entities on a monthly basis and monitor intercompany position daily; Reconciliation of general ledger account and complete attestation process in consolidation tool.

Responsible for collating weekly MI and performing trend analysis; Capture raw data from Mensa and Business Object to complete daily cash analysis with 100% accuracy; Take the initiative to build the analysis based on cash movements in relation to buy/sell ratio; This piece of work has received excellent feedback; Being involved in a number of projects such as FX process mapping, SIPP Enhancement project, Fees and commission reconciliation; Run SAP reports during Month-end period and reconcile with Monthly Brokerage Pack; Monitor the data transfer process by engaging with stakeholders within Operations on a regular basis

Worked on various projects including PEP&ISA, Apollo and Investment Philosophy; Reviewed operation process and identified areas for improvements;Roll out Investment Philosophy related changes to stakeholders from Compliance and Risk; Analyzed qualitative data and communicated findings to internal parties; Managed various stakeholders and ensured timely delivery of the projects
