CurrentI currently lead a multi million dollar Consulting practice for Retail and Consumer Goods at Cognizant. My responsibilities include: - Developing practice strategy- Active participation in new business development- P&L management - Mentoring and managing a 50+ strong consulting team. - Leading consulting engagements in multiple geographies including US, UK and Australia - Deeply involved in B-school and lateral hiring and mentoring ConsultantsSome of the engagements I have led and worked on include:- Build a digitally enabled mobile sales transformation solution for a leading beverage and snack foods company- Launching consumer direct for a leading US consumer goods manufacturer- Supply chain strategy for a leading grocer in Australia - Multiple cross channel and store operations projects at the world’s largest retailer - Enhancing the merchandise planning and allocation system at a leading apparel retailer in the US - Package evaluation for a leading candy manufacturer in the US west coast
