I started my career at Bunnings -9 years in the industry. I joined Bunnings in my early 20's keen to grow and learn and absorb all learnings thrown my way. Throughout this time I created amazing relationship networking throughout the business who encouraged me to pursue my career which led to graduating Future leaders and obtaining a diploma in business and leadership managementI loved being a leader at Bunnings as it is a company with great leaders/mentors within that have encouraged me and supported me throughout my journey. This journey has helped me understand what my brand as a leader is and what i stand for in my morals and values. Its pushed me to know what my strengths are and given me time to work on opportunities under different leaders. End of 2020 I joined Compass Group and have loved it!! Ive recently left my role working for the national retail team - ESS as a retail support manager.. mobilising sites/ traveling to remote sites weekly and working various projects within the OR space and working with many leaders/clients.I loved working in this team as I've gained many skills and learnt alot.Now working in operations as assistant site manager and looking forward to further growing my skills.
