Working closely with the Nicaraguan Forestry Institute and in partnership with the indigenous Miskito Tribe, a salvager and processer of reclaimed lumber. Key accountabilities revolve around:• Managing a ten-person team based in Nicaragua and the United States.• Providing strategic advisory to key stakeholders around corporate strategy implementation while energizing and communicating the company’s direction of travel.• Establishing organization performance and revenue KPIs while leading process improvement initiatives resulting in second year sales of over US$3 million.• Structuring the company to align operational, process improvement, cultural, and organizational processes with its strategic objectives,• Guiding the organization to deliver a positive and sustainable impact on its local partners.• Coaching and upskilling executive teams in process excellence, strategic planning, project management, and problem-solving to accelerate transformation and value creation.• Project managing search and recovery operations and overseeing production scheduling.• Designing downstream intermodal supply chain logistics networks to ensure seamless delivery and third-party processing to deliver on customer service commitments.• Working with third party developers and agencies to structure traditional and digital marketingcampaigns, focusing on brand awareness and audience engagement.• Leading all regulatory agency relationship management activities.• Advocating for a high touch model of key account management to ensure account longevity and customer success.
