CurrentAshish latest responsibilities includes driving the core engineering team comprising of Apps and Tech resources to research, experiment and develop AI and Gen AI solutions to solve industry problems for some of our niche customer segments and providing advisory , implementation and remediation services to diverse set of consulting engagements covering EMEA and APAC region.Provide guidance and led the escalated accounts and provide remediation services for the partner implementations.Practice Management and Capability Building for solution delivery for supply chain domain areas like Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management, Asset Management and Maintenance.Enablement of folks in both SaaS and PaaS offerings through Experience Centre & dedicated functional enablement program..Conceptualize and Drive Industry Domain Skill Certification ,Go-To-Market initiatives and create a platform to enable consultants on industry skills.Some of the consulting assignments are listed below:Review and assessment engagement for move to Cloud for a large telecom provider in Australia. Consulting Advisory Lead for a large CPG customer on their journey for a large scale supply chain transformation covering multi-country implementation and rollout of solution on Oracle entire SaaS suite covering FIN, HCM, SCM , Warehouse Management and Transportation Management.Consulting and solution design for integrated ERP systems covering multi country rollout for a security provider headquartered in Spain Madrid.Consulting and assessment for unification and move to Cloud for ERP systems covering financials and supply chain during merger and acquisition of two large e-retailers.Managed large program on field service for an engineering and construction company in Australia by successfully implementing Oracle Field Service Cloud, Inventory Cloud and Integration Cloud Service.
