• Conducting Orientation / onboarding program for all new employees as per brand and company guidelines• Strategizing in driving scores of Guest Satisfactions• Analyzing feedback from all mediums and identifying training needs • Assisting in forecasting the budget for the training department.• Planning monthly calendar for mandatory trainings viz.
