Study tender documents, drawings, specifications & scope, understand the design aspect & requirements of the project, make estimations & take part in Bidding process.• Review & approval of shop drawings from consultant & civil defense (PACDA).• Preparation of method statement, procurement schedule & other project related documents & its approval from consultant & client.• Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal & external resources, select appropriate personnel & assign individual responsibilities.• Managing all project activities & ensuring project deliverables are achieved as per plan.• Drive the project team & ensure all work is carried out as per schedules, HSE procedures & technical scope, requirements of the project, take preventive & corrective action if required.• Managing project budgets & keeping costs down.• Keeping track of procurement as per the site requirement, just in time & right quantities to avoid any delay, ensure equipment & material compliance with specification.• Attending meetings with stakeholders.• Ensure timely review as appropriate on the shop drawings,schedule, design & engineering queries and issues related to the project, resolving issues related to design & work at site to avoid future hindrance.• Team Management.• Responsible for maintaining project related documents, Project progress report, Daily activity report, etc.• Ensure invoices are submitted in line with the progress of projects & payments are cleared simultaneously.• Testing & Commissioning of the system.• Coordination with the civil defense (PACDA) for final inspection of site & obtaining NOC.• Ensure final snag lists are rectified & handover is planned, managed & closed efficiently.• Conversant with Water Mist System, Gas Flooding System, Aspiration System, Fire Alarm System, Hydrant & Sprinkler System, Kitchen Hood Suppression System, Water Leak Detection System, etc.
