Administer over 580 contracts and delivery orders valued over 800 million dollars.Perform various contract administrative duties, including system data integrity, monitoring canceling funds, and contract closeout.Review contract financing requests to assure compliance with the contract, including progress and commercial item financing payments.Maintain spreadsheets on the status of various contract administration actions or requirements.Monitor contractor's conformance with applicable laws, schedules, and payment provisions.Coordinate delivery date extensions with buying office and negotiates schedule changes.Conduct post-award conferences as needed.Process novation agreements.Draft contract modifications for various changes including changing schedule, unit price, and consideration.Draft letters and memos for ACO signature regarding business system approvals or disapprovals.Review DCAA incurred cost audits and recommend to ACO if penalty should be applied for unallowable costs.Perform contract reconciliation.Assist the ACO by coordinating with functional specialists responsible for conducting accounting, compensation, purchasing, property, and othersystems reviews.Communicate with various departments regarding contractual matters.Provide on-the-job training to new employees.
