Serve as department’s project manager, juggling multiple roles and deadlines to keep projects moving forward. Monitor and track website SEO. Develop landing pages and web content. Track and report on marketing trends utilizing monthly scorecard. Collaborate with sales team to develop presentations, brochures, and flyers for sales meetings. Prepare requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs). Design reports, social media images, email header graphics, and eBooks in Canva. Collaborate with outside vendors to create messaging, digital ads, and social campaigns. Create email campaign copy, build targeted lead lists, and report on performance utilizing various platforms. Promote content to targeted audience for three service lines and two sales processes.• Manage 200-page website using WordPress and Divi Builder. • Maintain and serve as administrator for Salesforce database. • Process marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and assign to sales representatives; source leads through organic search, email campaigns, digital ads, and Sales Navigator. • Directed web content development and migration of two websites in 2017 and 2022; managed project plan, served as point of contact for developers, and sourced designer to lay foundation for creative direction.
