CurrentFully omnichannel support over both ecommerce and DTC brick-and-mortar locations while fostering full funnel within both brand and performance media.Oversee and direct both brand media and performance marketing, and department operations by leading team of 38 staff across: Affiliate, Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, Display, B2B, Gift Cards, Audience Management, & Brand Media.While also:- Managing large yearly budgets; Analyzing strict ROI targets weekly; Utilizing MMM for brand media KPIs- Partnering with business unit partners to obtain incremental funds and secure complete full funnel alignment- Generating significant revenue by guiding planning and launch of full-year promotional code strategy- Enhancing partnership marketing & gift cards efforts resulting in compelling revenue trajectory
