Whilst AAG was an established business when I joined in 2017, the company was in ‘start-up’ mode under new management who were balancing client retention with growth opportunities. Recognising the latitude that I have been afforded by the Group Managing Director, this growth environment has allowed me to work creatively across the following areas; Strategy; Content; Brand; Partnerships; MI; Client Relationship Management; Technology. As an FCA regulated business, my delivery has been in a climate of regulatory fluctuation from Consumer Duty to MIFID. Strategy Tasked with growth of AAG Financial Education over my 6 + year tenue at AAG, I have built a sustainable financial education programme to provide medium / large businesses with an employee-centric comprehensive financial wellbeing solution. From B2B client negotiation & sales through to content strategy, II have developed the AAG programme ensure that we evolve based on market research & client feedback to deliver value for money. Partnerships In the last 3 years I have worked closely with the Group Managing Director to deliver value with strategic partners. From approaching & initiating conversations with potential strategic partners through to implementation & activation, I have defined and driven through shared strategic goals. Balancing both party interests, the partnership work has focused on opportunities for AAG Wealth Management to enhance AAG’s client proposition. I am incredibly passionate about Financial Wellbeing; everyone should have the correct knowledge to be able to make an informed decision about their personal finances, regardless of their personal circumstances – after health, wealth is the single next most important factor as it determines our how we live on a day to day basis and the choices we are able to make.

I am currently an ambassador for London’s Great Ormond Street Hospital for children and have held this position for many years. I attend charity functions and give speeches of behalf of the hospital to increase the awareness of GOSH in the local community. This position has enabled me to hone my speech skills and further develop interpersonal skills whilst showing dedication to a voluntary position.

This position enables me to utilise my organisational skills and share my passion for learning with children. I tutor Common Entrance examination candidates and French candidates up to A Level.

Working as an English language assistant in two primary schools in the south of France gave me the opportunity to fully immerse myself in French culture, language and tradition. I lived with a French host family with whom I was able to enhance my language skills.
