Greenfield Factory - Glendale, AZ Technical Project Manager responsible for outlining, hiring, and directing to execute environmental and sustainability project milestones. This includes:- Negotiate contracts in collaboration with Business. - Coordinate public relations strategies that will promote cooperative ESG relationships with representatives of thegovernment and community.- Analyze and advise on sustainability levers for broadest factory ESG impact.

Maintain sustainable environmental operations across factories within the Nestlé-USA market. - Develop environmental sustainability competency and improvement plans- Assess and align newly acquired factories to business and sustainability reporting standards. - Execute full factory environmental compliance evaluations and permit packages. - Manage the development of environmental standards and sustainable engineering practices for other new projects in full collaboration with the factory and corporate teams- Mentor Environmental Specialists as they onboard and help them progress in their expertise.Sustainability Programs: Analytical review for Renewable Energy Credits distribution, Support for third-party sustainability audits, Maintaining accurate sustainable data management, and Training to drive progress with sustainability mandates from Swiss global headquarters.

Multi-site management which includes oversight and communications with all environmental and government relations activities with a state’s respective departments of environmental management and city agents.- Directed the analysis of a Wastewater Treatment Expansion Project.- Advised successful merger of ISO 14001:2015, 45001:2018, & 9001:2015 management systems throughout 7 facilities.- Assessed and implemented water sustainability projects that have created 40 million gallons of water savings per year.- Implemented routines and standards to sustain autonomous teams at factory level.Compliance Programs: Federally Enforced State Operating Permit – Air, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program, Wastewater Discharge Permit, TRI, Tier II, national and state emergency response, and Waste Management.

Rotation 2: Six Sigma Project Lead: Yellow Belt- Project Management through DMAIC tollgate process; includes statistical analysis of data, baseline equipment assessments, and operational standard improvement. Rotation 1: Quality Assurance Liquid Processing Specialist - Aseptic Processing-Ultra High Temperature, Milk Receiving, Whole Milk Separation, Cream Pasteurization, Cocoa Processing, Liquid Sugar, and Ingredient Processing I personally supported the area above by performing internal and managing quarterly external audits (Pasteurized Milk Ordinance and Indiana Board of Animal Health), coaching operators towards improving their respective areas, and made operational decisions to ensure the consumer was receiving quality product.Micro-Laboratory Ergonomics: Designed a capping station to eliminate the possibility for a repetitive motion injury.

Member of the Safety, Health, and Environmental Team. I partook in daily safety talks and educated the team about the importance of the Nestle Risk Prediction and Friends Helping Friends Programs. I managed the International Project Team, Local Projects Team, and Fundraising/Marketing. During this year, our International Projects Team was closing out the Dominican Republic Flood Mitigation project and embarking on a new international project. After stakeholder meetings (University's Engineering Department, Professional Engineering team, and our faculty coach), the team applied for new international projects. The larger organization of EWB granted the team the opportunity to start an Irrigation Project in Gambia. Check out the club's link for the latest news on these projects.

As International Project Manager, I led all weekly meetings between students and our professional engineers. I delegated all responsibilities across the international team to assure all paperwork was completed in a timely fashion.I planned the January 2015 assessment trip, recruited members of all disciplines, assisted in writing grants, and reviewed project packages for the national office.

I worked alongside the Environmental department and its engineers to complete projects and ensure environmental compliance.
