I provide Finance Business Partner support to the EMEA Commissions Office.Developed a new audit approach to reasonably assure that calculations and payments of commissions were fair and accurate.I also provided finance support for two EMEA Marketing Teams, including Strategy Development, budgetary and resource management.During this period, I project managed the introduction of new Financial Planning and Analysis tool for marketing spend.

Planned and Conducted operational audits in the regions covering all buisiness areas of IntelPlanned and performed operational compliance audits in mixed teams of 2 to 5 people, participating in Sarbanes Oxley S404 compliance testing and assessment.

I managed the UK based team of 12 auditors, overseeing the planning, execution and reporting of all financial accounts audits of TRW businesses in Europe and Asia.Preparation of annual risk based audit plan in conjunction with the other audit managers and liaison with external auditors.I was the European representative on the management team which implemented the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act throughout the global business.
