- Manage websites, proposals, deliverables, branding, and marketing projects for clients.- Conduct business communications, including client follow-up and website portfolio.- Manage a team of 2 designers and 5 developers, ensure key milestones are met throughout project timelines.- Conduct weekly team meetings, assign developers to projects as needed.- Train new employees through the on-boarding processes.- Communicate with clients to retrieve assets, project estimate approvals, and provide website support/training.- Improve team efficiency and enhance the scalability of the company by overseeing and restructuring internal processes.

• Design logos and graphic artwork for the department’s marketing materials and their student run clubs• Create flyers for health related educational programs and workshops distributed throughout the campus• Illustrated and managed three advertising campaigns for tobacco cessation programs, and positive body image programs• Collectively organized an annual health fair for four consecutive years, including planning and implementation, with an average attendance of 800 students and staff each year

• Assist a group of 25 UCI international freshman in making a smooth transition into University life• Conceptualize, coordinate, implement and attend social events, academic workshops, individual meetings, and office hours to serve as a resource for both academic and social inquiries
