ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Supervision of PC Staff.• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and daily usuage.• Assist with the production schedule to fulfill current or forecasted orders for manufactured parts or products.• Assist with the management of inventory of materials, parts and finished product to maintain required supply.• Assist with the plan for future requirements based on orders, production schedules and forecasts.• Troubleshoot problems as they arise during the production process and work with the appropriate department to resolve the issue.• Communicate all relative issues within department.• Support inventory activities and reconciliations of on hand records.• Maintain MRP system data and processes as required.• Support month end activities.• Prepare shipping paperwork and send ASN’s as required.• Support development of 5S, TPM and Kaizen programs.• 5S leader for Production Control Department.• Certified Internal ISO Auditor.• Certificate of Completion of 5 Principles for Problem Solving.• Prepare necessary reports for management as requested.• Monitor HMIN portal for DTR activity and assign issues.• Trouble shoot and correct/follow up on and QAD/PC issues.• Maintain shipping system data and process as required.• All other duties as assigned.• Requires the ability use and apply knowledge of manufacturing processes.
