With over 11 years of experience as a youth worker and 6 years as a sales assistant, I have developed strong skills in problem solving, communication, team leadership, and empathy. I currently work at Morrisons, where I assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain the store's cleanliness and safety. I also volunteer at Nailsworth Youth Club, where I plan and deliver activities, mentor and support young people, and collaborate with other staff and partners. I have a qualification in plastering from South Gloucestershire and Stroud College, which I use to help with the club's maintenance and renovation projects. I am passionate about helping others, learning new things, and making a positive difference in my community.
