Hi! Here's a little bit about me...For the longest time, I fought the idea of pursuing marketing. This was because I loved the idea of wearing scrubs and getting to tell people I was a dental hygienist (in hindsight, this doesn't sound the best... but can you blame me? Dental hygienists are awesome.) However, I should've known that I would eventually find my way into advertising and marketing, because my 10 year old self was designing menus and promotional specials for family dinners on random weeknights for fun. My parents and sister were troopers for putting up with my escapades, and I can now return the favor serving as their go-to person for all things design, creativity, social media, and marketing.The most influential piece of career advice I've received from countless mentors is, "Do what you love and you'll never have to work another day in your life." Thank goodness I didn't stick to my original plans, or I would've been working quite a few days. I truly believe I have found something I love, and hope to find myself in a place where I can use my creativity to make a living and a difference in this world.
