I am passionate about providing high-quality patient care, accurate billing and coding, and efficient administrative support to healthcare organizations and professionals.I have a certification in phlebotomy, which I obtained while working at Mayo Clinic Rochester for six years, where I performed blood draws and specimen handling for various tests and procedures. I also have a certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), which I use to assess, treat, and transport patients in emergency situations, applying my critical thinking, organization, and communication skills. Additionally, I am a proud veteran of the US Army National Guard, where I served for three and a half years as a truck driver, gaining valuable experience in logistics and leadership roles.
