At Conscious Discipline, my focus as a Senior Manager of Development is on fostering partnerships that contribute to transformation for districts and schools across the country. With a profound dedication to school improvement, my role entails creating, strategizing and executing plans that enhance adult-first wellness, self-regulation and social-emotional learning.My journey with Conscious Discipline began in the classroom as a Kindergarten teacher in 2008 and over time led to opportunities as a Magnet Coordinator and Instructional Facilitator. These roles allowed me to support teachers as they implemented Conscious Discipline in their classrooms, assist with school-wide implementation efforts and help all members of the school community deepen their understanding and practice of Conscious Discipline. My role as a Certified Instructor also has been integral to guiding schools towards implementing these practices with fidelity.
