Fleet Management Project Specialist
CurrentWorks independently to handle several client accounts, handling work orders, billing, utilizing various third-party systems, reporting, providing necessary stakeholder training, reporting, and data analysis. Created and/or authorized protocols or practices as needed. Acquired a Kaizen award for creative enhancement for Raymond and one of their biggest clients, among other participation in Raymond Lean Management initiatives and projects. Oversees professional, talented teams that plan, organize, and carry out extremely complicated, large-scale data and reporting initiatives.• Discusses and finds solutions with senior and executive personnel both inside and outside the organization on best practices for work order administration, data analysis, asset management, and invoicing.• Offers guidance and recommendations concerning technical and/or specialized expertise to all staff members in every department. Collaborates and receives cross-training from department colleagues in close proximity.• Evaluates broad needs and designs in addition to fleet-centric strategic demands.• Provides analysis, summaries, and action plans based on the review and interpretation of extremely complicated reports and/or data. Uses data-driven facts and reasoning to apply novel ideas that have a substantial influence on critical challenges or situations.• Using data queries, data manipulation, and applications to build reporting and analytics for internal and external consumption, leads teams of highly skilled data professionals in the planning, coordinating, and/or execution of extremely complex projects or project segments. This promotes best practices throughout the organization and enhances customer satisfaction.• Evaluate and assess the current methods and procedures, make the necessary adjustments, and approve them in light of defect tracking and best practices for the future.
