Over the course of my career I have held multiple roles across diverse highly regulated business sectors. I started my professional career rotating through various business functions in a large Fortune 500 aerospace company. I have also had the privilege of auditing and consulting in the municipal/nonprofit sector uncovering fraud as well as consulting in best practices and process improvements. My most recent endeavor has been in a financial controller role, dipping my toes in the recycling and solid waste industry all the while tackling my first management role and supporting operations through monumental hurdles related to the ever-changing business environment in a human/financial capital heavy industry.Through my diverse experience I have solidified my passion for process improvement, financial analytics, and compassionate leadership. I always manage to ask the questions: Why do we do it this way? How can we do this better? How can we better the team?
