• Coordinate execution of operations and logistics for all calendar and gameday platforms • Execute all pre-game, halftime, and post-game entertainment at each Jets home game • Supervise a team of 50+ interns and delegate specific responsibilities on gameday • Plan and execute all events such as Training Camp, Draft, Jets Legends Golf Classic, Jets Annual Kickoff Luncheon, Jets Legends Homecoming and Ring of Honor Inductions • Manage the Jets Legends Community and act as the direct contact for 350+ New York Jets Alumni • Arrange and negotiate pay for all alumni appearances (sponsored, non-sponsored and gameday appearances)• Coordinate alumni travel and lodging accommodations • Implement and manage all alumni social media channels for the club • Oversee the Legends Community annual budget • Provide Administrative Assistance for the New York Jets Flight Crew Cheerleaders • Plan and execute all Flight Crew events such as Prep Classes, Auditions and Junior Flight Crew Camps
