I was hired to start the catering + events department for the company.

Oversaw and ran two catering companies, Terra Catering + Shalom Glatt Kosher Catering.In 2021 sold + managed over $3.5 million.Contracted government, weddings, social + corporate events.Hired, trained + scheduled all staff.Coordinated logistics and rentals for events.When the world shut down during covid I pivoted business to a FEMA contract (feeding over 150 high risk seniors daily) and took on a Homeland Security contract to keep my team (and self) busy.

Started this restaurant from day one. Assisted with site selection, name, branding, design, hiring of staff, opening and eventually closing.

I was the Director of Event Sales for FOX Sports Grill at the Hilton Bayfront and Currant Brasserie at The Sofia Hotel in downtown San Diego.

I managed the event sales + marketing for Blush Restaurant and M8RX Nightclub. I was a part of small team that transformed Blind Tiger (live music venue) into M8RX Nightclub. I was in charge of events, marketing, talent booking + artist relations at M8RX Nightclub.

- Managed the Event Sales Department for San Diego's top underground EDM nightclub, Bassmnt.- Managed all event production/logistics for all Identity Events: Mist Day Club OC, XL NYE, Sutra5, Bassmnt NYE & Daybreak, Bassmnt Anniversaries, and others. Events had headliners such as Tiesto, Steve Aoki, Mat Zo, Calvin Harris, etc.- Sold and/or managed over $3.5 million worth of revenue.

Coast Catering is a boutique catering company that serves the greater San Diego area. I sold, planned, and coordinated events from start to finish.

I was hired to start and develop this full service event planning company.Sold and planned private events - specialized in wedding celebrations.

Traveled all over the US and Canada managing continuing education seminars for teachers.

Plan and sold private catered events. Started as their catering coordinator and ended as the Senior Event Sales Planning Manager.
