- Video lead for the Creative Department Operations team - in charge of scoping, producing, and production management for internal facing department videos.- Pitched, wrote, and produced a monthly internal news show for the department featuring timely news, updates, and interviews with creative talent around the department. Coordinated production remotely and in person. - Sourced stories for segments, pre-interviewed talent, interviewed on camera, wrote teleprompter scripts, and hosted internal, employee-facing news show. - Edited all monthly videos over the course of 10 months. - Sourced, hired, and managed a single editor providing routine feedback and support. - Established and analysed video performance metrics and adjusted video and content strategy accordingly for target audience.Collaborated with an Internal Comms Strategist to create a new content strategy and release plan that resulted in a marked increase in department viewership and engagement
