Currently, I work at Little Oaks ABA, where I specialize in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. My role allows me to leverage my problem-solving skills and behavioral expertise to coordinate care that makes a positive impact on clients’ lives.My career path has included meaningful roles in various fields. As a Registered Behavior Technician at Compleat Kidz, I provided hands-on behavioral support to children and adults, helping them achieve functional goals and fostering an inclusive environment. My background as an Adaptive Physical Education Teacher with Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools further strengthened my understanding of special education and the importance of adapting learning and physical activity environments to meet diverse needs.Beyond my work in behavioral health and education, I am an entrepreneur at heart. I launched R&R Fitness to help individuals lead healthier lives through customized fitness and nutrition coaching. This experience taught me the value of personalized support and the power of consistency. In addition, I founded Little Women Baking Co. , where I channel my creativity and problem-solving skills into running a successful bakery that serves my community.Throughout my journey, I have earned a reputation for my commitment to others, whether it’s supporting clients, students, or customers.
