I find efficient operations and customer success to be especially rewarding. Building and maintaining trusting relationships is a strength that has played a vital role in my achievements thus far. I also have a deep appreciation for developing and implementing process improvements in response to the analysis of quality data. I understand the importance of each individual player and how much one contributes, but also how valuable the collaboration across departments and between organizations can be. I find that a positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset are keys in the daily approach. I have had the privilege of leading in project management, performance tracking, credentialing, customer relations, training development, and even writing many of the company's standard operating procedures, all while holding a financial role. However, my true calling has an operational focus -- either within project management or customer success.
