Ashley Self serves as the senior director for the merchandising organization at The Home Depot and has been growing her career with the company for over 21 years. She joined the company as a part time cashier, working in several operational leadership roles before transition to the corporate US Retail Stores Operations team in 2006. Since then, Ashley has held positions within Store Operations, Interconnected Retail, Tool Rental, Executive Chief of Staff, Outside Sales and Service and most recently Merchandising Services.
