My role at Yoh is supporting the recruitment team to ensure as a company we are recruiting the best Engineering talent within the UK and providing a fantastic service to both clients and candidates. Yoh fulfills immediate resource needs and delivers managed and outsourced solutions. My duties for this role include:•Speaking to candidates to gather information required in the application process•Sourcing candidates for open vacancies•Reference checking•Gathering and completing required documentation for Yoh and our client•Uploading data to the online portal used for recruitment•Being compliant with our in house processes and updating our CRM system as required•Keeping the client updated on candidate details•Attending client site visits when needed•Producing reports for senior business members on a regular basis using our CRM system and ExcelYoh was founded in 1940 and has continued to provide and heighten the talent needed and received for the jobs and projects critical to client success, by delivering comprehensive workforce solutions that focus on Aerospace & Defense, Engineering, Government, Health Care, Life Sciences and much more.

Processing and progressing deals through to completion. Negotiating property deals and special terms where appropriate. Liaising with tenants and landlords to ensure maximum satisfaction is met. Producing and distributing tenancy agreements to all parties. Working to strict deadlines to ensure all deadlines and targets were met. Deal with standard enquiries ensuring all client queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.Comply with lettings administrative procedures and all relevant legislation, codes of conduct and practice and due diligence procedures.Upselling third party media packages and insurance products.

Hair Stylist/Colourist - NVQ Level 2. Finalist in the English Hair and Beauty awards 2014.I have been in the hair industry for four years. I have a solid understanding of hair cutting, colouring, styling, wedding, photo and catwalk works. I am a very confident colour technician and I have been fortunate enough to work with the Paul Mitchell art team for the past three years. I have taken part in designing portfolios working on London stage shows and styling for the music video industry. I am very proud of the work I produce and my achievements to date. In 2014 I was nominated for the English hair and beauty awards coming within the top 5 stylists in England and wales.
