My main focus was working in eBuilder - tracking documentation, cost control, GC change orders, review invoices submitted for processing, apply budget templates and users as needed, update information in the details page as they changed, and more. We held weekly office hours for open discussion questions on eBuilder, typically held by my coworker and I was her backup for those trainings, creating imports in Microsoft excel for projects including commitments needing to be set up, increasing budgets as needed per change orders or plan changes within, review proposals prior to setting up commitments to ensure the correct line items would be used, and so much more. Alongside of eBuilder, smart sheet was used for check requests (such as for permitting), applications (EX: letter of authority), and bonds. When the time for release came, I would reach out to whoever necessary in order to get bonds released.
