Responsible for the sales and marketing of products and services to current and potential private school and camp accounts to help expand sales and client base nationally. Involved in managing daily food operations for local accounts. Support human resources department with recruiting of full-time and seasonal staff nationally. • Work with senior management to prepare and present marketing material packets for sales presentations to private schools and camps.• Create marketing promotions for school dining services in order to increase sales.• Manage social media accounts to stay connected with clients and employees. This includes Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.• Develop and teach nutrition education curriculum for private school children bi-yearly. • Work at various camp conferences throughout the year to obtain new clients. This includes making presentations on the company offerings and working the company booth to distribute marketing information and answering questions for potential new clients. • Represent the company at local and university job fairs multiple times a year to recruit full time employees. • Recruit students from over five universities across the nation to perform internships within the camp food service division for them to obtain college credit. • Interview and manage international students through Signature Services’ J-1 Summer Work Travel program. This includes Skype interviewing of 400 international students to fill 250 positions nationwide. Process hired students in the Sevis system in order for them to obtain J-1 Visa status. • Manage food service operations for eight private schools across Dallas, TX with up to fifteen employees at a time.
