As a product manager, Ashley focuses on providing product-related support, addressing feedback and inquiries from users in a professional and timely manner. She manages product implementation which includes requirement specifications, analysis, work load management of developers and testers, training documentation, etc. Ashley works closely with release management for capacity and release planning of new and existing customers. In coordination with customers, Ashley analyzes enhancement requests and formalizes work statements. In all, she is solely responsible for 4-5 new customers at any given time while providing support to an additional 5 in maintenance.

Ashley has over 8 years of experience in supporting major system implementations for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Her responsibilities have included requirements and design, systems integration testing, strategic communications, implementation planning and project management, curriculum development and training delivery.
