Liberty Technology specializes in IT services for small to medium-size businesses along with computer sales, and personal PC repair. We are located in the heart of downtown Griffin on Hwy 16. We have a retail store and service center where we offer Apple and Lenovo computers, Xerox printers, ipods and accessories. We are an authorized Apple and Lenovo Warranty-Repair center, and provide walk-in and on-site personal computer repair. Upstairs at Liberty Technology, we have a host of Helpdesk Technicians who assist our clients with immediate remote support as well as on-site service. Our mission is to ease our customers' technical pains by keeping their systems running smoothlly and efficiently, as well as educate them on how to make the most out of their systems and software.We provide proactive services to resolve issues keep them resolved.Each employee of Liberty Technology has a specialized position with the company, however we all work together as a team to meet the common goal: to achieve the highest level of customer service through communication and technical skill. As General Manager of Liberty, I work with the financial branch of the company, which includes A/P, A/R, payroll, tax filing, cash management, reconciliation, financial analysis, and planning and budgeting. I also work in Human Resources where I create and manage the policies and procedures for the company. I work hard to maintain customer satisfaction by generating and analyzing surveys, and through regular communication with our OneSource clients.
