In this role, I served as a coordinator providing evaluation, service coordination and service provision to eligible infants and toddlers and their families according to the Individuals with Disability Education Act (IDEA) and the Oklahoma Early Intervention Act. I regularly consulted with and interviewed families, physicians, and public health professionals to determine the eligibility of a child for services under the Oklahoma Early Intervention Act; prepared preliminary needs assessment of child and family for presentation to the Multidisciplinary Team; as a member of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) team, assisted in the determination of program eligibility, preparation of the IFSP, and implementation of required services.

University Of Oklahoma Outreach

I am currently in charge of writing and social media projects for OU Outreach as a whole. These projects include editing, copy writing, research, and any related tasks. I manage the Reaching Out Online Newsletter, which is intended for Outreach staff and faculty. I also manage our social media presence, specifically our Facebook page. I work alongside a small marketing team and am able to assist most anyone in the college with writing needs.

I managed all HR and financial functions, including but not limited to accounting, budgeting, payroll, position changes, preparing financial reports, and assisting our vendors with any financial questions. I also took care of project tracking, assisting interns, department scheduling, managing social media outlets, developing content for social media, and helping coworkers with any various projects.

Responsibilities included meeting with prospective students and community leaders to inform them of our classes and services, assisting with developing recruitment tactics, target market research, representing MNTC at various community events, speaking at local middle and high schools to promote MNTC, and perform other tasks as needed.

Responsible for all aspects of store functions, including but not limited to customer service, supervising multiple employees, cash handling, human resources, inventory control, store appearance and photo lab functions.

While working for the yearbook, I was responsible for all parts of the business aspect. It was my responsibility to make appointments for photos, manage client databases, organize client information, oversee writing staff, assist with developing sales and promotional ideas, and perform other tasks as needed.
