BIO: A certified athletic trainer, Ashley's passion for health and fitness began at the young age of four, where she became active in a career of competitive dance. Her love for athletics continued to grow in her late teens by incorporating long distance running, completing several half and full marathons. Ashley also danced professionally for the Minnesota Timberwolves dance team, where she trained daily and developed strong functional training skills. Ashley's experience and love for movement motivates her to teach Tiger Athletes of all levels and help them reach their goals to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle.
