• Strategic Planning. I develop the ongoing 18-month plan for new categories in line with quarterly brand planning, ensuring clarity on projects and timing of launches.
• Tasked with step changing Baxters consumer insight through ongoing desk and project research, working closely with the Category Management team - developing new ways of validating innovation concepts with consumers for.
• Project manage new category & format initiatives via cross functional teams to develop and launch agreed concepts out of ideation process, working closely with the NPD team.

Managing a small team of Creatives, I’m responsible for building brands and grabbing headlines through earned media campaigns. Working on a variety of FMCG, alcohol brands, travel, events and new business proposals - every brief that comes into the agency will be developed by our department. That means everyday I get to wear a new hat, from idea generator.

Upon rebranding, I was selected to be the first - and only internal - appointment of Wire’s Creative team. Working on new business proposals, earned creative strategy and ideation for our existing roster of clients.

I mange consumer PR for some of the biggest household names in Scotland - ScotRail, Marketing Edinburgh and Hammerson Shopping Centres. Busy creating attention seeking campaigns, industry firsts and masses of media coverage - I’ve built a reputation for delivering left thinking ideas that drive award winning results on even the tightest of budgets.

Account Executive of clients which include Sportsdirect.com, Cholula Hot Sauce, Ozkleen, USC Fashion and many more. In this role I use my wealth of marketing theory alongside my practical experience to ensure that our clients get optimum results out of their PR.
