• Provide focus and direction for committees of Relay For Life of Fort Collins, CO, Logan County, and Albany County.• Provide leadership to ensure a successful Relay For Life event in order to raise money for programs and services that assist cancer patients.• Ensure that each Relay For Life event meets the quality, branding, and event requirements that American Cancer Society requires.• Collaborate and build relationships with other organizations and sponsors in order to achieve a successful event and partnership.• Articulate financials and goals to the district executive director and committees.• Manage a given budget to ensure we are utilizing donor dollars appropriately and most effectively.• Enforce American Cancer Society’s policies at each Relay For Life event.• Set guidelines and partnership agreements with volunteers and sponsors.• Provide guidance and assistance for Relay For Life committees.• Cultivate relationships with committee members and businesses to ensure a long partnership in each community.

Customer Service: Count register drawer at the beginning and the ending of shift to assure that the drawer has an accurate count of cash and checks. Process and filing all paperwork, process credit applications, formulated employee schedules, training new employee’s, conducted department meetings, and performed all types of transactions (sales, returns, online orders), handle high call volumes and face to face customer interactions on a daily basis.Sales: Build relationships with customers in order to fulfill their needs and provide them with a good shopping experience. Create marketing materials to promote sales and promotions. Work with sales team to train and educate sales staff. Floor leadership (make sure customers are being helped, employee time management, resolve customer issues), make sure customers on the phone and in store received high quality service.Community Service: 2 years of organizing and planning the annual Children’s Safety Fair hosted by Best Buy.
